You can view your actual balance of your Checking or Savings Account, Time Deposit, Cash Card, Credit Cards, Loan Account and Trust Account. You can also see the real-time transaction history of your bank accounts. It allows fund transfer to your own bank or other enrolled BDO bank accounts or Cash Card accounts. Bills payment also made it easier over 100 accredited companies or merchants. You can also load your prepaid phones online, order more checkbooks, request for Stop Payment order on issued checks and request international and domestic telegraphic transfers.
Before you can transact to BDO Internet Banking you have to enroll first. You can choose between online enrollment and branch enrollment.
Online Enrollment
1. Visit their website - https://www.mybdo.com.ph
2. Fill up the Online Enrollment Form
3. Click the "Submit to Bank" button to submit your Online Enrollment Form.
4. Print the enrollment form, SIGN and submit to any BDO branch or send to:

Note: You can only send the signed enrollment form w/in 10 days.
You will receive an e-mail confirming the activation of your Internet Banking account. You may also view your application status by going to https://www.mybdo.com.ph. Just click “User with pending application” and login using your enrolled user name and password.
Branch Enrollment
1. Visit any BDO branch.
2. Complete the BDO Electronic Banking Enrollment Form
3. Provide your desired User ID and Password and Challenge Answer and Question.
Once you completed these steps, wait for 3 days then you can start accessing your BDO account online.
Login to https://www.mybdo.com.ph and enter you username and password. Now you are ready to access your account 24/7!
