If you are having a problem installing Smart Bro on your Windows 7, you might be experiencing a compatibility issue between the Smart Bro software and Windows 7 operating system.
Here are the steps on how to install Smart Bro on Windows 7
1. Uninstall Smart Bro software on your system.
2. Plug-in your Smart Bro USB dongle on your PC and wait for the Autoplay window to appear.
3. Do not click Autorun instead click Open Folder to View Files.
4. When the Autoplay window appear look and open the Installer folder.
5. Look for the Setup.exe right-click and select Troubleshoot and Compatibility
6. Another window will appear after you click the Troubleshoot and Compatibility button. You have to wait for a few seconds to detect the issues.
7. Select Try Recommended Settings and wait for the Resolving Issues to finish. It will recommend the correct settings for the program.
8. Click the Start the Program button, to start the installation process. Once the installation is completed you can now test the Smart Bro. Don't forget to save the settings of the program.
